Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh Panels and Rolls

Stainless Steel Welded Wire Mesh is a metal mesh manufactured by welding crossed stainless steel wires into uniform square opening mesh by welding process, it is also known as Stainless Steel Welded Wire, Stainless Steel Welded Wire Cloth. Square opening is most common, rectangular opening is also supplied. The electric welding makes the grid structure firmly bonded, not easily deformed by external forces. The longtitudinal wire and intersecting wire are both round wires and are in the same diameter.

The strength and thickness of the welding spots are determined by factors such as weld pressure, time of welding process and temperature. Welded wire mesh rolls and panels can be bent or cut to form a variety of utility meshes without causing the wires to come apart.

Welded SS Mesh or Woven SS Mesh:

Stainless steel welded mesh has uniform grid patterns, can be delivered in rolls, sheets or panels, discs, not easily deformed by fabricating or external force, compared with Woven Wire Mesh. So, if you consider a more versatile fabrication and remaining the shape, consider Welded Mesh.

Welded Stainless Mesh, or Galvanized Welded Mesh:
According to the materials and surface treatment, we supply stainless steel welded mesh, welded mesh electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, and PVC coated welded wire mesh.
304 and 316 stainless steel welded wire mesh has a much longer service life, and offers more excellent corrosion resistance, compared with galvanized welded mesh.

Wire Mesh Sizes and Delivery Forms:

Welded mesh is defined by wire diameter, mesh size, mesh roll and panel dimensions. And the mesh size can be center distance or clear distance. We can provide the stainless steel welded mesh in rolls or panels, for thin wire welded mesh normally produced in rolls, and if the wire diameter too thick, the mesh can not be rolled up, it need to produced into panels.

The width of welded wire mesh rolls are 1m, 1.2m, ,1.5m, 2.0m, and the length is 30m. The standard dimensions of mesh panels is 1.2m*2.4m, other dimensions can be produced according to clients requirement.
